Negative: It feels like fan fiction - with the author being the author’s best fan. The protagonist has every neat super power. The protagonist is related to or close to (or at least on speaking terms with) every major political or military leader. Chapters seem to oscillate between “protagonist has trouble at school” and “protagonist has a galaxy-threatening encounter - and the skills to handle it”.

Positive: The story has the best features of such fan fiction. The plot never slows down and the protagonist never slows down. It’s fun to read.
